Mr. Li Jingye, born in February 1972, currently serves an Employee Representative Supervisor of the Company, is a senior economist with a Ph.D. Degree. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Li worked in the Central Financial Work Committee of the Communist Party of China, the former CBRC and the former CIRC. Mr. Li served as General Manager Assistant of the Audit Department, General Manager Assistant and Deputy General Manager of the Audit Department/Office of the Board of Supervisors of the Company, he now serves as General Manager of the Audit Department/Office of the Board of Supervisors of the Company, and Head of Auditing of China Re Asset. Since June 2018, Mr. Li has been an Employee Representative Supervisor of the Company.
